1. Framework
The Growth & Enabling Mindset framework focuses on specific skills development from N1 to K2 to enable the child to be future-ready for socio-emotional transitions and intellectual growth. The inquiry-based curricula will help the child develop essential management and life skills, preparing them to think critically, organise ideas, and communicate effectively.
The child will receive specialised attention on discovering the four principles of Sequencing, Structuring Content, Reasoning and Presenting Critical Selling Points through specially constructed activities progressing from the individual to group and community levels.
The teaching and learning will be anchored on the foundations of CARE, Health and Safety, translated by a Literary Based Thematic Approach to achieve the transformative outcomes of decision making, goal setting, problem solving, confidence, communication and leadership.
Thus, the GEM framework weaves together our core values of CARE, our vision of nurturing passionate lifelong learners and our mission of stimulating curiosity through a safe and healthy environment. See diagram below.

The education of the child during this formative years must be grounded in an environment undergirded by all aspects of safety and prioritises the well-being of the child.
3.2 A Literary Based Thematic Approach on foundation of a Growth Mindset
A method of teaching and learning, via a mentoring mindset (of teachers) where connections with knowledge are made through areas of curriculum connected together and integrated within themes, such as transport, food, etc…. through stories, songs, poems and rhymes. Children are then asked questions such that they develop an inquiring and exploring mind.
